3. Vehicle Availability: Vehicle availability is subject to change without prior notice. The Dealer does not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle.

4. Warranty: Warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer, not the Dealer. The Dealer disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
